Flipkart’s annual tech conference Slash N is currently underway in their Bengaluru office and the who’s who of the Indian startups world are in attendance.
Other than Flipkart founders Sachin and Binny Bansal and CTO Puneet Soni, rival e-commerce company Paytm’s founder and CEO Vijay Shekhar Sharma is also present. So is Inmobi’s Naveen Tewari. The 4 founders happen to be amongst the richest start founders in India.
However, the most surprising inclusion this year seems to be Ex-Housing CEO, 26 yr old Rahul Yadav. Yadav’s much hyped, much under-wraps startup, reportedly to be in data analytics space, counts the Bansals and Sharma as major investors. “If was part of the board of the company (Housing.com) I would bring Rahul Yadav back”, Naveen Tewari was quoted as saying during a session.
Flipkart realises the feat it’s managed to pull off at Slashn this year and captured the sentiment in this tweet.

Sharma tweeted a photo of the 4 founders and CEOs in what’s possibly the startup selfie of the year.

It was followed by a selfie by Flipkart CPO Punit Soni.

Slash N is Flipkart’s own conference to showcase its latest technology and innovations and provide a platform for the innovators in the Indian startup world to come together and discuss their plans and vision for technology and product.
Other than holding forth about its lightening fast search, progressive web apps and its chat platform Ping, Flipkart has deployed a robot “Bot volunteer” at the conference.
