After Flipkart announced a slew of initiatives that were designed to improve employee satisfaction, and Snapdeal came up with a spanking new office last week, Jabong has entered the fray, announcing an onsite creche facility in its office.
The crèche offers basic facilities for children and has trained staff that would strive to provide children home-like comfort. The facility will be offered to the children aged 1 to 3.
