The IIM Indore Campus Is A Great Place To Do An MBA
IIM Indore, established in 1996, is the sixth addition to the list of IIMs. It became the first IIM to start operating outside India with its Post Graduate Programme in Management in UAE in 2011. However, it stopped the operations in 2014. Additionally, IIM-I also offers a non-residential full-time Post Graduate Programme in Management in Mumbai from 2012. No other IIM has a presence in the financial capital till now.

Established in 1984, IIM Lucknow is a centrally funded institution and the fourth IIM to start operation after IIM Calcutta, IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore. It’s the first IIM to start an additional campus in Noida. The IIML Noida campus was built exclusively for executive education and to leverage its proximity to Delhi.

It’s often believed that Indian Railways is the largest employer in the world. And even if it’s not India, Chinese could be the largest employer in the world, given the size of population of these two countries. However, the World Economic Forum published a research to put an end to these speculations and declared US Department of Defense as the largest employer with a workforce of 3.2 million people. Interestingly, in their list of top ten largest employers only three are private companies – Walmart, McDonald’s and Foxconn.
